ODIN Back

The Company Behind ODIN

Built From Inside Security Operations

ODIN was built by Regional Security Group from inside the physical-security industry. It grew out of the operational problems security teams deal with every day — guard coverage, incidents, field communication, reporting, client visibility, intelligence, escalation, and accountability.

Instead of building another isolated guard app or generic AI assistant, ODIN was developed around the idea that security operations should function as one connected system.

Security Operations Became Fragmented.

Security companies accumulated disconnected tools — each solving one piece of the problem:

Scheduling Software

Guard Apps

Incident Tools

Spreadsheets

Email

Text Messages

Client Portals

Threat Feeds

Documents

Reporting Systems

AI Tools

Messaging Platforms

ODIN was built to connect the operating picture.

Why We Built ODIN

Security operations generate enormous amounts of knowledge — policies, post orders, incident reports, procedures, training materials, intelligence, client requirements, and institutional experience. The problem is that this information is often fragmented across people, documents, inboxes, systems, and sites.

ODIN was created to make that knowledge easier to access, understand, coordinate, and use while maintaining appropriate controls around sensitive information. That operating perspective continues to shape the platform.

ODIN didn't start as an AI chatbot looking for a security use case.It started with security operations looking for a better way to use information.

Built by Regional Security Group

Regional Security Group provides professional security services and operates security programs in real-world environments. ODIN grew from the challenges encountered while managing those operations.

That operating background continues to influence how ODIN approaches security knowledge, operational information, documentation, coordination, and intelligence.

Practitioner Perspective

Technology Shaped by Operations

Security Operations

ODIN is designed around how information is actually used by security personnel and leadership.

Documentation

Policies, SOPs, post orders, reports, and operational records are central to security operations.

Coordination

Security information is more useful when it can reach the right person at the right time.

Controlled Knowledge

Sensitive security information requires different handling from ordinary public information.

Continuous Improvement

ODIN is designed to evolve alongside changing operational requirements.

From Problem to Platform

THE PROBLEM

Security operations became fragmented across disconnected tools.

THE IDEA

Build one connected system for security operations — not another isolated app.

ODIN

Develop a unified physical-security operations platform from inside the industry.

ENTERPRISE

Extend ODIN into organizational security environments for multi-site operations.

Public ODIN and Enterprise ODIN

ODIN serves both the public and professional security organizations, but the capabilities are intentionally different.

Public ODIN

Public-facing security knowledge and guidance.

Enterprise ODIN

Authorized organizational environments with expanded operational, intelligence, knowledge, document, and coordination capabilities.

The public chatbot does not provide unrestricted access to ODIN's enterprise environment.
