1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ODIN security intelligence platform, including its web console, GSOC command center, field-guard application, client portal, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Regional Security Group ("RSG," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to bind the organization on whose behalf you act. Use of the Platform for security, intelligence, or operational purposes may be subject to applicable laws, licensing, and your organization's policies. You represent that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing surveillance, data protection, and the handling of personally identifiable information.
3. Accounts & Access
Access to the Platform is provisioned by invitation. RSG assigns each user a role that determines the data and functions available to them. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Multi-factor authentication is required for administrative and GSOC access. You must promptly notify RSG of any unauthorized use or security incident affecting your account. Role assignments are enforced server-side; attempts to circumvent role restrictions are prohibited and logged.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid access to the Platform is provided through subscriptions or coupon-granted tiers. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and tier entitlements are presented at the point of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider; RSG does not store full card details. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a separate agreement. RSG may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; existing subscriptions are honored at the then-current rate until renewal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform to violate any law or the rights of any person; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute Platform content or intelligence products; (d) submit or process data you lack the right to handle; (e) interfere with or overload the Platform's infrastructure; or (f) use intelligence products or advisories as a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, always contact 911 or your local emergency authority — the Platform does not dispatch first responders and its advisories are informational only.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its branding, doctrine content, analytic products, and software are the property of RSG or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Intelligence products generated for you are licensed for your internal operational use and may not be resold, redistributed, or published without written permission. Open-source components are licensed under their respective terms.
7. Security & Data
RSG implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of operational and intelligence data, including encryption in transit, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and tamper-evident audit logging. Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawful collection and handling of any data you submit to the Platform.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform and its intelligence products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Open-source intelligence is inherently uncertain; analytic confidence is communicated using calibrated probability terms and Admiralty source-grading, and products may contain errors or omissions. RSG does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any advisory will prevent a specific incident. Intelligence products do not constitute legal, medical, or law-enforcement advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSG and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RSG harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with data you submit.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. RSG may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms, security concerns, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases; RSG may retain data as required for audit, legal, or compliance purposes under our retention policy.
12. Modifications
RSG may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Michigan, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
