Regional Security Group — ODIN Text Messaging Program

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the ODIN text messaging program (the "Program") operated by Regional Security Group ("RSG," "we," "us"). By enrolling in the Program and providing your mobile number, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the owner of the mobile number you provide, or have the owner's authorization, to enroll in the Program. By providing your mobile number, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Enrollment & Consent

You opt in to the Program by providing your mobile number through the ODIN platform, the RSG website, or by directly requesting enrollment. By enrolling, you consent to receive SMS messages from RSG at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

4. Types of Messages

The Program delivers the following message types:

  • Operational notifications: Shift assignments, check-in reminders, call-off confirmations.
  • Threat & security alerts: Real-time advisories about active incidents in your area.
  • Account verification: Multi-factor authentication codes and account security messages.
  • Administrative messages: Program changes, maintenance notices, and support responses.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by message type and your activity. See our SMS Privacy Policy for approximate frequency. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message — immediate cancellation.
  • Replying HELP for support and contact information.
  • Calling 1.844.705.6278 or emailing office@regional-security.com.

After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message. Re-enrollment requires a new opt-in.

7. Carrier Limitations & Availability

Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability, coverage, and policies. RSG is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered messages due to carrier limitations, network outages, or device issues. Some carriers may block or filter short-code or long-code messages. RSG is not liable if your carrier prevents message delivery.

8. Your Representations

You represent that the mobile number you provide is valid, is capable of receiving SMS messages, and is not on a blocked or do-not-call list that would prevent delivery. You agree to notify RSG if your mobile number changes.

9. Privacy

Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Program, including text, branding, and advisory content, is the property of Regional Security Group or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell Program content without written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RSG does not warrant that messages will be delivered on time, without error, or uninterrupted. Threat advisories and security guidance are informational only and do not constitute legal, medical, or law-enforcement advice. In an emergency, always call 911 — do not rely solely on text alerts.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSG and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to carrier charges, missed alerts, or reliance on advisory content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program in the preceding 12 months, or $50, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RSG harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Program or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications

RSG may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

RSG may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or operational necessity.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
